Terms & Conditions

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within two business days of receiving them. Should any delays occur, we will promptly notify you and work to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

We do not include printed invoices with our deliveries; instead, invoices are emailed to customers upon order fulfilment.

In the event that an item purchased is out of stock, we will notify you promptly with the option of a refund, an exchange or an estimated production timeline.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipment.
