  • All our pieces are handcrafted in our studio nestled in the Adelaide Hills, proudly working on the land of the Traditional Owners. Each creation is made with care, combining modern technology with time-honored ceramic techniques.

  • Morph & Mould offers handcrafted ceramics merging modern technology with traditional craftsmanship. Our process begins with original digital modelling to design each piece. We then create prototypes with 3D printing and use these to make moulds for slip casting with stoneware slip, which is poured into the moulds. Each item is fired twice: first as bisque ware, and then at cone 10 for the final firing. Between firings, we apply glaze to achieve the desired surface finishes. Throughout the process, each piece is handled and refined multiple times, leaving behind the unique marks of the maker. Our stoneware is designed with durability and timeless beauty in mind, perfect for those who value craftsmanship that stands the test of time.

  • At Morph & Mould, we know we’re small, but we believe you can’t be too small to care. Sustainability isn’t just a practice; it’s who we are. From tracking our energy use to turning off lights, every small action counts. We choose stoneware for its durability, reducing breakages and extending the life of our pieces. Our studio, built from reclaimed materials (which we’ll share more about soon!), reflects our ongoing efforts to lower our environmental footprint. We fire locally, minimizing traffic miles, and we don’t have electricity in our workshop, carefully monitoring energy use in our studio. We’re excited to launch a blog soon to share our sustainability journey transparently, including annual carbon footprint reports. Finally, we offset our ecological footprint by donating $1 from each sale to restore 1m² of native grasslands through our favorite local nonprofit, Seeding Natives. Join us in making a positive impact, no matter how small.
