All shipments within Australia valued below $100 are charged a flat rate of $10 using Australia Post. Free Postage is offered for orders over $100 when you use the discount code FREESHIPPING at checkout.

We recommend providing a physical address whenever possible to ensure timely delivery. Shipments may be made to Parcel lockers, PO Boxes, and regional areas. 

International

International deliveries are fulfilled using either courier services or Australia Post, with shipping costs determined by the weight of the order and the destination country. Parcel carriers vary by country, and final delivery may be handled by a courier or local postal service.

Currently, we offer shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States and Europe. For inquiries regarding shipping to other countries, please contact us directly to explore available options at hello@morphandmould.com.au.

Returns

Items may occasionally suffer damage or loss during transit. Upon delivery, please inspect all packages thoroughly and notify us immediately if any package appears to be damaged. For damaged items, please contact us within 3 days so that we can address the issue promptly.

Our handmade products may exhibit slight variations in finish and form. If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, please inform us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact hello@morphandmould.com.au for instructions on returning the item.

Changed your mind? No worries, just email us at hello@morphandmould.com.au within 3 business days for instructions to return the item and we will offer a refund or exchange. Please note that the return postage will need to be covered by you.
